An Ayurvedic herb worth knowing is Neem (Azadirachta indica). This is one of Ayurveda's most potent blood purifiers. Make a decoction by boiling a tablespoon of Neem leaves in a cup of water until the volume is reduced in half. Gargle and swish.

Gently cleaning your tongue when you brush your teeth provides an assessment of your current level of ama. You are not going to eliminate ama by cleaning your tongue, but you should notice
progressive improvement as you engage in life and heart purifying practices.

Well from what i have read...your tongue may be white because it has a bacterial infection on it or something lyk that lol....haha it's also a sign that u might be getting sick :(....check it out on google ;)

Could be a form of yeast infection. It could also be something called Thrush. You need antibiotics, and you can try eating some yogurt for instant relief.

do you use bleaching stuff or crest whitestrips to make your teeth whiter...? some of the solution might have gotten stuck to your tongue. Happened to me on my fingers and went a way soon.
