Health questions:What is wrong with me? ( More details ......... )?

Hiya, for about 3/4 weeks now I've been really ill.
By ill I mean: a really bad chesty and flemmy cough, gross I know, I also have cold symptoms - runny nose, blocked nose, high then low body temperature etc, but more recently, since about last Saturday my energy has been so low, I wake up every morning with a bad headache and I can't eat much during the day because I always feel so sick.
I've also had a few days of having dirrhea, then feeling constipated a few days after.
There is no possibility that I am pregnant either! But, my last period was almost 8 weeks ago.
And I really hate the doctors so I'd rather you didn't tell me to go!
What else could it be?

Well, you may hate the doctor, but if you wait too long for something like this, you're going to end up in the hospital.

You've gotten sick to the point that you can't have your period anymore, and that your fatigue is at a peak. Not being able to eat, or move around, and having high temperatures is going to hurt you more in the end.

You may hate the doctors, but you need to go. It sounds like you have an infection and need antibiotics. Its up to you if you want to get better or not. In the meantime, drink plenty of fluids and run a vaporizor if you have one.
