Health questions:What is the best way to get my flat behind to be round and firm?
Tag: Diet & Fitness othershere is the best exercise.
you will need the "ab" bar that is at the gym or something that is very close to it and is very sturdy as you do not want to hurt yourself.
you face the bar it is at hip level there is also a bar behind your ankles to make sure that you do not slip.
if you have a Strong bar at home you can use that but you have to make sure that you have something behind your ankles that is strong enough so you do not slip
you want to almost go through the motions of touching your toes. you should touch the ground about one foot in front of your feet or close to it and now lift up so that your hands are two feet above the ground. go back down and up moving slowly
this exercise is for slim people who want a bigger BUTT
