PLEASE do not take any over the counter Diet pills. They are all bad for you. They increase your blood pressure and it it causes high blood pressure and it goes untreated for a long time it can cause problems down the road for you. They also make you jittery, make your heart race and may keep you up at night.
if you are really concerned about weight......please discuss it with your doctor.

dont do pills, most Diet pills are really tiny worms that eat up on your Food. i think its just gross. Just lose weight the healthy way. Excerise will make you happyier its a proven fact. When you are moving your body release some kind of healthy chemical or something. i dont know but its called runners high. but anyway lose it the natural way saves money and will give you confidence.

You might want to try Propolene. It is a fiber Weight Loss pill. You take it before you eat and it explands fiber in your stomach so you can't eat as much.

I know it is difficult, but you don't want to take meds that may harm you. The best way to lose weight is to be very selective about the Foods you eat, and to exercise. I have hypoglycemia, and I always feel bad when I eat unhealthy Foods. If you begin to eat healthy your body will feel better and you will feel like being more active. Research and find the Foods you should be eating. You have internet. Thats a great place to start. Get out as often as you can and walk or ride a bike. It is great fun exspecially with a friend or pet.
