hey stephanie don't worry beautiful it's ok but the sugar increase is causing poor circulation in ur body making u feel itchy. just lower ur sugar intake and u should be fine or if u don't want 2 cut off on the sugar just make sure u exercise a little after u eat it cuz alot of sugar is bad
and if u are itchy again just work out a little make ur body use the sugar and trust me u will be fine beautiful

Sugar is not good for your body. When you drink water for a while and then have a soda with lots of sugar, you notice how bad it really is. Look at the nutrition facts of that soda can. Mostly sugar. Stay with water and be healthier.
