Hi there... I'm not sure if it's true... Because I drink soy milk everyday but I've been known to have small breast... No difference... Maybe it just works for some...

I even heard some people say papayas helps too... In my opinion, whatever it is, women should be proud of their own breast, big breast doesn't make a woman, a woman... ^_^

There is some talk that since soy products contain phyto-estrogens (very similar to estrogens produced by humans, but comes from plants), the stuff is bad for us.

If this pans out, how does one explain how Japanese men, who probably eats more soy products (tofu, miso soup, edamame, etc.) than their U.S. counterparts, continue to make babies? Has there been a SIGNIFICANT drop in birth rates over there? Nah. Are men there so filled with phyto estrogens that they can't get it up, are less belligerent than males from other places, or is there a lack of male pattern baldness there? Nay to all the above.

Similarly, with all the soy that the women eat there, there should be a lot more "C" and "D" cups (U.S. Standards) in evidence, right? Wrong again.

I also agree that a regimen of soy milk would probably be a lot more affordable than breast augmentation surgery.
