Health questions:Prolapsed disks and schmorls nodes?

I have 3 prolapsed disks and i apparently have schmorls nodes on my spine as well. i don't really know what these things are. what would be the best way to manage these things because I am in constant pain and i'm only 15 and i hate it!! if you could help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks =)

it would be great if you have Back Pain and could tell me also how you manage it

Physical therapy is the best answer. You'd be amazed how the exercises they teach you actually help rid you of pain.

I know it sounds awful, I did too, when in horrible pain, they tell me to do these exercises, but it truly worked!
