lots i end up being a jerk and just not talking or just not Sleeping.

Try and do your homework when you get home. I know you may not feel like it helps you feel better for the rest of the day and the following morning. If you keep putting it off you'll end up leaving it until its too late and then you go to Sleep late and the cycle goes on. I'm also in grade 9 and i find that what works best for me is walking my dog as soon a I get home and then doing my homewrok. I do it quicker and better this way. When i used to just sit in front of the tv and play and stuff and then leave my homework until last i used to be stressed too. Hate to say this, but organisation is the key. lol. it really is! U need to get good grades. So get 9 hours of Sleep minimum. Pay attention in class and take notes. Do your homework. Your life will be much easier. You won't have to worry about school. Try to be happy and optomistic. Think about the happy things in your life. Try to to relaxing activities like playing instruments or reading a calm adventure store or listening to peacefull music.

Homeschool. It's way less stressful than regular school. XD

Alot of your jerkiness/quietness probably has something to do with you not Sleeping. As a growing teen, Sleep and Food are your most important needs, followed by knowledge and friends. And you wonĄŻt have 3 & 4 if you donĄŻt take care of 1 &2 first. :D

yes concentrate on work, but make sure you have a socail life aswell. go out when you get home from school for about 2-3 hours with friends after doing homework, (depending on what time you finish shool depends on how long you go out for) but being with friends can help alot, takes your mind off school. ooor like some body else said, do some sports, swimming, soccer, football, just to relieve yourself. hope this helps hunnie =) xx

Sheesh. I'm in the same boat. Same age, same grade. If I had a nickel for everytime I asked that; I would have a lot of nickels, I guess. I just moved to a private Christian school. High school of course, couldn't have picked a better time, huh? I'm very stressed. I usually, just take time out of my mornings and nights to have devotions with God. Or, you could always just cut out a few of your "extra" things. I stopped cheering and playing softball and took up yoga because of the work load and extensive curriculum. If you'd like to share with me some tips, please do! And I also take long bubble baths. I put on my headphones, turn out hte lights, light a candle and just relax. But since I don't know your gender....I'm not sure if you're up for that.
