Treatments for Acne:
1) Tea tree oil

You should get a routine going that's similar to this:
AM:
- Gentle Cleanser (cetaphil is recommended by derms)
- Salicylic Acid or another exfoliator (glycolic, mandelic)
- Moisturize if needed
- Sun Screen (spf 15/30)
PM:
- Gentle Cleanser
- Benzoyl Peroxide (start with 2.5%, work your way up to 5-10%)... do this in all trouble areas, not just on pimples because it is also preventative.
If it's still out of control after that a trip to the derm is something you should look into. They'll provide you with some higher strength exfoliators (retinoids) and possibly antibiotics or a combo of both.

I suggest a home remedy for acne. Mix sandalwood powder and rose water or cucumber juice to make a paste. Apply it on your face. Keep it for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Second method is grind neem bark and turmeric with water and rub the paste. Mix Fuller's earth or kaolin (multani mitti) with onion juice, make a paste and apply.
You can rotate the above two devices for a fortnight.

What I did was this, my mom wanted to take me to the dermatologist (no complaints from me!). While we were in the waiting room I picked up this book that was from the internet. I brought into the room and asked the dermatologist about it. She said she saw it on the internet and that the steps to a clearer face is the routine that she suggests her patients do.
She made me a copy. I passed it to my girlfriends and we all did it two weeks ago before school started. We all looked good, our faces were clear.

i use the clear Skin acene free 3 step kit. it helped clear my face but in the begginning my face was dry from it so i would recoommened using baby lotion or avenno lotion if your Skin starts to get dry
