If I'm giong to Sleep for 11 hours.. can i still wear a tampon to bed. or switch to a pad.... Help please!

You can wear a tampon to Sleep but only if you're going to be aSleep for six hours or so. 11 hours is too long and you may forget about it in the morning. It may be safer just to use a pad.

No, it's not safe!!! You can get TSS! Definitely wear a pad. I know it sucks, but it's for the best.

I've slept with one in plenty of times, even some accidentally. I turned out fine, but you can't keep doing it night after night. I always use maxi pads with wings when I got to Sleep. :-)

you should not leave a tampon in that long, maybe you could set an alarm to wake you after eight hourss?
otherwise use a pad!
