I have gained 50 lbs but still have a lot of muscle mass. I use to weight train and bike.

I need motivation...something to get me off my lazy bum....Any suggestions?

First...go see a doctor to get the all-clear before you start a Fitness regime.

Keep in mind that with that kind of weight gain you could cause coronary damage with too much exercise too soon.

Motivation- Type 2 Diabetes. It will ruin your way of life and kill you.

As far as exercise...maybe find a group exercise scheme.

Welcome back, start slowly.
If your on the young side, a doctor or phys-trainer isn't needed. Just go easy for the first two weeks. Your body will tell you when to step-it-up.

If you join a Fitness center, find a trainer who is willing to work with you.

The trainer will help you set some realistic goals and keep you accountable for reaching those goals ¡ª and help prevent you from possibly injuring yourself.
