that's very normal! you're body is preparing for being a mom and feeding your baby. most women't breasts grow while pregnant. this is due to the milk ducts enlarging and preparing to make milk.

wait until you are in your last month. you will probably leak a lot, but this is all normal too. i hope you will breastfeed because it is the best thing for your baby. good luck!!

Mine got big and full, and very achy. They did get hard right after I gave birth and my milk was coming in.

If you're far enough along, they'll start to become more firm. It doesn't sound abnormal, but you should check with your doctor to be sure.

Yes I did. They hurt and were hard. They were very painful when my milk dried up! :( In fact they hurt right now. Sore boobs suck!
