Health questions:Hands are always cold?

I get exactly the same thing Jasmine, I've had it since I was a baby, apparently my Mum had to put mittens on me even in the house to stop my hands from going blue. You should definitely check out Raynauds syndrome on the internet because in extreme cases it can lead to the loss of extremities like fingers & toes. You should give inron supplements a go as they help me but look at other natural medecines for things that help to improve circulation but obviously check with your doctor first if you are taking other medication. I can't remember the site but if you look up Raynauds you will find people who sell silk gloves, don't worry they aren't too expensive & they are really good for keeping your hands warm, just wear them under regular gloves & you will be toastie, oh they make socks too Because I suffer from perilously cold toes & feet too!

there is a condition known as raynauds which fits with the symptoms youre describing, but that also gives you a burning sensation when ur hands start to warm up.
poor circulation could be a problem but you would also have other problems e.g. pain in legs on walking, anaemia would have to really severe to give you ths.
Good idea to go doctors and get it chekced out.

If you think it is Raynaud's disease, you can take Ginkgo biloba. by Seredrin, a combination of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and phytosome (a natural plant chemical said to boost the absorption of the Ginkgo into the bloodstream), has just been evaluated in a clinical trial organised by the Raynaud's and Scleroderma Association.
You can get Seredrin from this site:

Also, Evening primrose oil has also performed well in clinical trials. take between 3,000-6,000mg of evening primrose oil per day.
Also, eat ginger (you can get crystalized one from Waitrose or health shops, but don't get the cheaper varities as they have too much sugar).or put fresh ginger in tea, I think this is excellent as I had a slight problem with cold hands & ginger is a really warming herb & is excellent for circulation.
